- FREE shipping on all US orders of $80+ (before tax) purchased via website. Shipping is charged on orders under $80.
- Processing orders take 2-4 business days.
- Once your order has been processed, most items take 3-7 business days (ground shipping).

- Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
- Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
We want you to be happy with your eFASH Boutique experience and purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time, but store credit is a possible option!
- Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Returns are refunded via store credit only (e-gift card).
- Once return is approved, please allow 1 - 2 business days for your e-gift card to be processed.
- Store credit can be used immediately once you have received it. There is no expiration date.
- Items must be unworn/unwashed/tags on to be eligible.
- Sales items are FINAL SALE.
- Clearance/Flash Sale/Final Sale/Discount coded items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping for any returns.
- Items smelling of cigarette smoke can not be returned.
- Please note that we will not accept returns due to not following proper washing instructions.
- Please contact us regarding any damages within 3 days of receipt of the product(s). We inspect all items prior to sending them out.
